stamina is the key to wrestling, I coach a youth team and before we do anything we run for 15 minutes and then stretch like crazy. The running builds your stamina up so you can explode at any given time when your opponent is on top or riding you. If you are trying to gain weight eat more instead of 3-4 meals a day got to 5-6 but make sure its not fatty foods, go with pastas, cereal, eggs, chicken, etc..
Another thing is drink alot of milk it helps you gain while also helping your bones.
